Customer Reviews
I have lived here for over a decade. This is the 4th or 5th management company since I moved here. Maintenance used to actually be awesome and prompt. The office staff was super helpful and accommodating and rents did not go up every year. But now... not so much to all of the above. Maintenance folks are nice enough when they show up... but that can be for days unless you have no heat/air or are flooded. Rents go up every year and we really don't get anything for it... except Chili dinners or ice cream in the office on occasion. I personally would prefer prompt maintenance and lower rent prices and people who realize we, the renters, are the reason they have a job. They just remodeled clubhouse... so guessing rents will go up again. Too bad they didn't take the money from our ren
I love my apartment and I am very impressed with the staff at this property. I see upset people online but many of my neighbors and I are very happy to see the upgrades and hard work being put into our home. I’ve lived here for years and appreciate the attention it is getting. Maintenance is great and the office is fun to visit because I love talking with the staff! Sure, things go wrong from time to time but where have you lived that is perfect? I promise you will be happy here. From what I have read below, it sounds like people don’t really understand apartment living.
Don’t rent here. So far the rent has been raised every year we decided to stay. The office people are terrible at communication with residents about work they are doing in the complex. All our appliances were so shit, our fridge went out multiple times. I had to throw out hundreds in groceries and all of my babies breast milk 2 times! Both times they probably should have just replaced the fridge, but instead attempted to repair it just to have the same problems a few months later. Our apartment would reach 80 + degrees and when we called maintenance they said they can’t do anything. We had to purchase fans for every room in the house so our baby didn’t overheat. Probably because the ac units need replaced. Our dishwasher went out and I didn’t get a new one for multiple weeks. For how much
I want to give an update on my experience. We did have a long battle with mice in our original unit, which was very stressful for my family. However, I really appreciate that management took the time to review my mountain of documentation and ultimately approve a transfer for us. It was a frustrating process at times, but I’m grateful that they worked with me to find a resolution. I’m hopeful our new unit will be a fresh start, and I do want to acknowledge the effort management made to help us in the end. At first, communication sometimes got a little sideways, and unfortunately for exactly 30 days no one came to service us despite my calls. What helped me was keeping a notepad and logging every call, visit, and photo. Once I had that clear record, management was able to see where the bre
The location is nice, but that's about it! Maintenance takes ages, the walls are thin enough that we are constantly hearing our upstairs neighbours, there is only ONE DUMPSTER for the WHOLE complex, and it is overflowing multiple times per month. And they have the gall to ban birdfeeders for attracting pests with a mountain of garbage in the middle of the complex. I used to like the landscaping, but they just cut down half the bushes (leaving more piles of trash that took them days to clean up). Not worth the price.
