My roommate and I have lived here about 8 years, and we love it! Lots of windows and natural sunlight (we have a vaulted ceiling!). Maintenance always comes first thing in the morning. I work evenings and they are kindly quiet when they work. Office is responsive and always has social events and freebies. Pet friendly and rent is affordable and hasn't ever skyrocketed. This apartment came at the right time for the right price. The leasing agents are more considerate and patient than those working at the other places I've rented from (Perry 81 and Overland Station) There are five different grocery stores within 10 minutes from home to choose from, and a pizzeria/lamars in walking distance. It's a good neighborhood, not too hard to find parking- could be better but it's an improvement from what I've lived with. The maintenance guy visited today to fix four different things, and it prompted me to write a positive review. Half way through the lease I'm not ready to drop 5 stars just yet, but fingers crossed this place continues to feel like home!🤞🏽🤞🏽
“Thank You for your great work” we have lived at the Stone Briar apartments for 7 years and it has been a great experience. One of the reasons we continue to choose this community is the excellent work of the office staff and maintenance crew. Cindy, Tess and Tatiana in the office provide great service. If I have an issue they take the time to listen to my problem and find a solution. In addition to solving the problem they take the time to follow up to ask if everything is resolved. Sam and the maintenance crew always provide great service, whenever we have a maintenance issue the problem is resolved the same day we report it. If you’re looking for a new apartment community I recommend Stone Briar.
Living here has been one problem after another, and management never truly fixes anything—just tries to quiet tenants. Maintenance is careless. One worker walked in even after I yelled that I was coming to the door. They leave washers and dryers sitting out in the halls. My appliances took multiple reports before they were replaced—I lost food in my freezer before they finally swapped my fridge, and the same delays happened with my oven and dishwasher. My door was “fixed” wrong the first time, leaving me locked inside once and locked outside another time, until a new maintenance worker admitted it hadn’t been fixed properly. My window was also “fixed” in a way that made it impossible to open, which became a serious safety hazard after a fire broke out in the building. Pest control request
I lived in Stonebriar for over 5 years and had a terrible experience when moving out. We moved on August 8, 2025, and by September 10, when we called to check on our security deposit, we found out they had sent us to collections without ever notifying us. We had tried to pay the lease buyout fee in June when breaking our lease but were told it had to be paid through the online portal. Management claims the fee wasn’t added to the portal until August 7—right before our move—so I missed it. They sent us to collections on August 15, just a week after, even though we no longer had portal access as former tenants. The phone call on September 10 with management was infuriating.
