Would never recommend. Several FHA violations across the board from uninhabitable conditions to income discrimination with section 8 tenants. I wholeheartedly believe that because I’m with section 8 they don’t believe that I work in property management- thankfully I’ve been able to assist some of the other tenants in receiving proper treatment and getting what they need- the amount of violations is truly concerning and unacceptable. I been here for only 6 months and a lil boy broke my garage window. Intentionally throwing rocking to break the window. Just be prepared to put up surveillance cameras everywhere to protect your property.

Terrible place to live, ive been here almost 2 years and theres leaks in the house, in the windows and 5 extra parking spaces for almost 20 units is insane. Not to mention they will tow your car in the middle of the night, not call you or send any warnings.
