Stone view on dobbins, they’re so elegant so nice the only bad thing is that they dnt appear on GPS dnt know why it’s jst so hard to struggle but other than that they’re so spacious, so neat so clean and nice ! Oh yeah the bus stop as you can see it is right-in front of them . But the bad thing it’s that the bus blocks the traffics view and some one can crash easily if you're not really careful ,other than that I love them .

I moved here 6 months ago. I have nothing but praise to all the staff here!! Karla & Judith are always here to help out right away with any concerns, big or small!! Since day 1, Judith has always greeted me with a big welcome and smile!! Another staff member to be recognized is Greg. He is definitely an asset to the team! He handles any and all maintenance issues right away!! He is most definitely a hard worker and takes pride in his community. And, of course, the townhouse I am in...I am extremely happy with it!! I Love the floorplan and LOVE the gorgeous mountain views throughout the day! And I have a great view of downtown Phoenix!! 🩷 I am so happy to have found this community to live in!!

Do NOT MOVE HERE! This place is ABSOLUTELY TRASH! They’ll answer all your calls until you move in, then you have to physically go to the office. My unit has flooded FIVE times since March 2025 (the same month I moved in). The maintenance is hit or miss. I have work orders put in months ago that still haven’t been fixed. The flooding happens in the master bedroom and my child’s bedroom and they keep putting these huge loud machines in the bedrooms for weeks at a time with NO COMPENSATION OR CREDIT FOR THE ELECTRIC that tenants are 100percent responsible for. I’m paying almost $2,500.00 a month yet anytime you need something repaired the management says they have to call a vendor. Be prepared to have random men come in and out your home at all times of day and night even on the weekends. Thi

Since moving to my new spot I have had nothing but issues. The only reason I've stuck around is because of maintenance. Greg has been remarkable! Dan I hope you read this and if you do I hope you realize what great maintenance staff you have. Most of us would not be here without him! Give him a raise and a couple paid off days because this man works HARD!!!!!

Super cute community. Love the pool and that it is gated. Management is very responsive. Two thumbs up!
