Love living at Stonemill! New homes just a short drive from greater Harrisburg region at unbeatable prices. The office staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy and even fun. I loved going to the selection gallery and customizing my house…there’s a ton of options. On top of everything else, the lot sizes and overall landscape/scenery sold me.

The community atmosphere they've cultivated is warm and welcoming, making it easy for new residents to feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Great place to live. We’ve built before and with Berks the level of customization was amazing. Plenty of bathrooms ranging from 2.5 - 3.5.
