Furnace quit working a week before freezing temps, landlord didn’t fix after telling him, but still raised the rent. Here’s the dumpster beside their apartment.
The units are big inside for a 3/2. Nice quiet area. I wish the patio was closed off for privacy. Someone should look into finding a way to kill off the big palmetto bugs! Wish I had a little more space for my dinning table. Alot of storage space. The parking sucks!
They are falling apart maintenance is not kept up. They don't exterminate departments full of roaches
