Wonderful gentleman running the place. Very quick to address any issues, super polite and professional. Very clean and safe place to live!
Nice place to live, you have to remind yourself that you are in an apartment because you can hear your neighbors at times. Any time I have had a problem with anything in my apartment they have been quick to come and fix it at no charge to me. I like the fact that someone else is responsible for repairs. Rent is a little high for this town but they are nice apartments wish they had a little more room for storing things. Can’t buy much ahead. Would recommend to people that are willing to follow the rules of your lease.
Management is wonderful! Maintenance is very prompt and accomodating whenever any issues arise and very conscious of specific requests asked by tenants in regards to whether they can come in when you are home or not and to be conscious of pets! Greatly recommended!
The buildings and grounds were well maintained, but be warned, the landlord may attempt to ignore the terms of your lease at his convenience.
Great place! Management and maintenance are awesome!
