I had a wonderful experience at Stone Forest Apartments. Rosemary was incredibly helpful and kind—she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The office staff is also very welcoming and professional. The property is clean, well-maintained, and truly a nice place to live. I highly recommend Stone Forest Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant community!

Living here has been a nightmare. First, the power outages are far too frequent, and it takes forever to fix them. Second, if you need anything from the office, be prepared to wait because the staff is incredibly slow. They lie on their website about pets: they say they "allow dogs," but they end up charging for everything, making it extremely expensive to have one. The most ridiculous thing is the harassment regarding the balconies; you pay for a space that they won't let you use freely without you getting a complaint. Look for other options in Houston before moving here.

Terrible experience. The administrative and maintenance staff take forever to respond to any request; they don't seem to care about the residents once you sign the contract. Furthermore, the power goes out constantly, which is unacceptable. To top it all off, you can't even enjoy the balcony because they're always looking for excuses to file complaints or issue fines. Also, be careful if you have pets: their advertising says they accept dogs, but once you're here, they hit you with surprise charges and fees that they don't clearly mention upfront. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The apartment complex has become a hub for criminal activity, with constant shootings. The living conditions are unbearable, with rats and cockroaches infesting the apartments.
