EDIT: I can confirm this review was absolutely intended for your property. I still have a copy of the non-renewal form that includes my daughter’s original reason for leaving before it was altered. In addition to the copy of the non-renewal I will add screen shots of the worker in her unit, caught on camera. I have went ahead and attached a screenshot of the text the worker sent her, claiming to “be sad” she was moving out and claiming their snooping was due to “checking.” The workers last text mentions they heard she was moving out because of them. While I’m glad to hear there have been no recent reports of vandalism or security concerns, the incidents mentioned in my review occurred during my daughter’s tenancy, which began several years ago. I’ve lived in the Stone Creek Apartments for a year now and feel safe and at home. Management is great at communication and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Regular routine maintenance for the building, garage, and individual apartments. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and not too expensive for the Madison market with in-unit W/D, and you get underground parking for low cost. Location is convenient with many stores and restaurants nearby, and not too far from downtown—it’s basically in a small nook between Fitchburg and Verona. Great place to live!

I’ve lived in this apartment for about 3-4 years now. Property management and maintenance is so quick to respond and extremely helpful if any issues arise. I love the convenient location and amenities of the apartments.

Only lived here for a year, but it was a great apartment and I would recommend it. Location is great, walking distance from Pick n Save and a very short drive to Epic. The front desk staff is kind and quick to respond to any issues. Maintenance staff always came quickly and did good work. We’d had bad experiences with apartments in the past but these folks were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you for everything!!!

I strongly believe that " Home is where your heart is" and Stone Creek Gardens gives you that feel. So happy to choose this place as my home. The community is so convenient and friendly. The neighborhood is great for kids to grow. Special mention to the tireless efforts of the property manager and her team who makes this place so comfortable , safe and warm. My heart is set here, for those who are still on a search don't miss a chance.
