I want to thank Evelyn (property manager)and Christian (maintenance) for helping make this move in process so smooth. I’ve actually lived in the neighborhood for a little over 5 years as I was renting from a private owner. He sold the condo so I moved into a different unit and they made sure my move in process went very smooth. They are also very down to earth which makes it easy to communicate! Love this place.

Living somewhere where someone isn’t supposed to be smoking weed and having to deal with the smell every single day is frustrating. Property manager just has to throw up her hands because we have no evidence of who it is despite the car in their assigned parking also smelling like weed and they are worried about getting sued if they falsely accuse someone. Notices to everyone aren’t helping either. So we just have to not use our patio and deal with the nauseating smell every day. I’m so happy to be living like this for the next year until my lease is up.

The neighborhood its self is kept up and quiet but it’s ridiculous to get any help ! I received my keys December 28 but couldn’t move in until the 11th of January cause the amount of roaches it was a horrible infestation and I didn’t want them in my belongings . I spent so much money bombing and cleaning the home so I’m able to move my kids in and settle in before I have this baby . I have 3 kids and the tub is backed up with dirty water , the tub has been backed up since move in and haven’t yet to use the tub so my kids are having to shower in the master bath and the top shower scares them. The microwave hasn’t worked since the 3rd day I was in the home so one came out to check it said it needs to be replaced and I’ve been waiting since . Anyone with kids know how important a microwave is

Great place to live! The apartments are huge with large balconies, and the location is convenient to everything. The management has been terrific, from the day I first toured the apartment in January 2024 for 15 months since. Shout outs and thanks to Ruben, Evelyn, Justina and Danny.

I would like to personally thank Evelyn and maintenance (Christian) they go above and beyond to accommodate the community. Evelyn has been very accommodating she’s helped with getting HOA approval to redo my front area. It needed work badly and they made sure it got done. I give them five ⭐️’s. Thanks again guys.
