Stone Creek Apartments

My unit was infested with roaches when I lived here years ago. There was also a nice elderly lady who would walk the trails who told me she would see rats crawling into the building and when she let the leasing agents know they told her to leave. God rest her soul.

I call cap on Sandra's review. Pretty sure she works in the office. AC doesn't work. Inadequate window units. Be aware AC is only an amenity on some units. Also, see photos of the maintenance handout residents are given. It is written as if speaking to an elementary school student.

I stayed here for a year until my lease was up, I'm trying to move and they are telling my new apartment complex that I owe them money when they kept my deposit!! They also stated that I was smoking pot and had the police called to my apartment and I had someone staying with me that was not on my lease which is a lie i was never informed that I owed anything!!!!! Now I'm denied for my new apartment complex because of this lie not to mention my air wasn't working for months and the place is infested with roaches!!!!!!!!!!

This place is quiet. Well cared for. Manager & assistant with associates are very nice. Pets are allowed. It’s a great community to be in.

Spend more time maintaining properties and less time threatening tenants... Maybe you'll hit 2 stars one of these days
