Stillwood Farms Apartments at Newnan

I have been living here for almost a year and absolutely love this complex. Very friendly and efficient office staff, clean environment, and well maintained property. Both times I’ve had to submit maintenance requests they were resolved the next day. The maintenance worker even changed a lightbulb for us that I didn’t put in a request for! This level of service is unheard of everywhere else I’ve lived so I highly recommend.

Stillwood Farms is a great place to live. I have been here almost five years, and the office and maintenance takes great care of the complex and tenant needs! If you are moving to Newnan and want a huge pool and complete fitness center, come visit and check it out for yourself.

Beware of fake reviews! This complex was nice a few years ago but has been going rapidly downhill. Several broken down and clearly abandoned cars have been left to rust, taking up several of our limited number of parking spaces. Crystal told me this was none of my business. Trash overflows due to illegal dumping. Management puts up obviously fake cameras. They know there's a problem but take no real steps to solve it. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The gate has been stuck open for months, allowing thieves to come in and break into several vehicles, including mine. Crystal told me this was none of my business. The property manager only came out to tell me to leave once I told a prospective resident about everything I had experienced here. I guess I'm bad for business.

My doodle, Marie and I have lived here approximately a year and a half and we love our home and our neighbors! The staff is also amazing. Especially, Crystal and Jessica in the office. They have gone above and beyond for me several times when I’ve been somewhat problematic. And they are always doing fun things for the community. And our maintenance guys Patrick and David are the absolute best! Very top tier guys and keep everything around our homes, pool and grounds very orderly and maintained. You can see from our photos below Marie loves the doggy park, we love watching hummingbirds on our balcony, walking our community, and celebrating Marie’s birthdays in our comfy home!

Quiet, spacious, clean. People are kind and the front office staff are respectful and courteous. Maintenance is very quick in completing any work needed.
