Nice little neighborhood with pleasant folks. Place looks well built with a very functional layout. Parking is tight but functional, five cars will fit with one in the single car garage. Nuce view of sunsets, see pic for example.

First off crystal springs lake is not a gated community and never has been ----- the workmanship is atrocious at best -- boards cut way to short all over my house ---- but first 3 of the new 7 homes have alot of beetle damaged wood 2×4 small amount in 690--686 and 682 around 80% of 2×4 have beetle damage -- they were told and I have pics ---- A/C problems up and down the road ---- took them 4 times and finally they said it was something in the exchange was installed up side down ---- and now a bunch of homes in crystal springs lake have the same problem ----- nail misses -- no paint I. Some places --- sheet rock mud cracking. My home looks likes it's been painted 4 times I mean it's atrocious --- back porch lights cost 7.99$ at lowes ---- light in rooms 14.99$ at lowes ------ cheep blemis

The neigh hood nice I grow up in that area love it trying to get back to it beautiful construction work beautiful homes
