Stillwater on Lake Houston 70s Grande Series - Taylor Morrison

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! We are in the process of building a home with Taylor Morrison and had an issue with the tone that we selected for the house. We met with one of their sales person to select the exterior options for our house and provided them with a picture of a house in the neighborhood. We had some concern about the colors we wanted going with a stone we wanted to install. The sales person guaranteed us that our selections would look great. Since he deals with this things day in and day out we decided to listen to him and picked the stone and colors. Once the stone was installed and the house was painted we relied that the color of the stone did not go with the color of the house as we were told. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Company, they use cheap material and cheap labor plus the salesman lie about mostly everything. They take advantage of new home buyers and avoid you when there are problems and they also are very pushy at closing. PLEASE if you value your money, peace of mind and mental health don't buy from this company...

The homes are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It is a place anyone would love to call home!
