Stillwater Apartments

I had a great experience at this apartment complex. The staff is amazing very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and priced very reasonably for the quality you get. The location is also excellent, close to everything and very convenient. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live with great service and a great location.

Over this last few months almost everything has been upgraded and renovated. The gym is my favorite. I was able to stop paying expensive gym fees cause it actually has what I need ! Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to come check em out

Since the new management team took over, the changes at Stillwater Apartments have been incredible! The renovations inside and out have really transformed the community. The amenities are top notch — a 24-hour fully equipped fitness center, dog park, walking trails, and gorgeous lake views. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes such a difference. I’m very impressed with how much the property has improved and I’m excited to call Stillwater home!

Upon visiting for a tour I was highly impressed at the level of attention to detail throughout discussing leasing cost breakdowns. The property looked clean and quiet for the most part, saw kids playing outside which to me was a good sign, however after reading the reviews about mold, discrepancies in rent amount and just overall lack of communication I am very hesitant in considering this apartment complex now. I am having a baby soon and I cannot have her in a mold infested apartment. This really saddens me because properties do anything to get people to rent out their apartment without consideration of their concerns. I'm still going to tour again and just review all that I have to before making a consecutive decision but these bad reviews really raise concern for my husband and unborn

I felt welcome from the first day I applied. The staff, maintenance and planning committee are kind and helpful. Valet trash is my favorite. I am looking forward to continuing my lease. The renovations are wonderful as well. I love my sink.
