Miguel with maintenance is one of the if not the best maintenance supervisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting with. He went above and beyond! This is one of the best maintenance departments I’ve ever put tickets in with. Top tier service. I was having AC issues and they were here same day and solved the issue. Absolutely awesome work!

Miguel Soto and Miguel Cuevas provided excellent service on a holiday weekend! I told them they should be getting paid time and a half! They called ahead to let me know they were coming and were kind, polite and speedy. Appreciate the great work!

2 years in and I have zero complaints. Great amenities, safe, maintenance is always quick and very friendly. Property is always clean and well kept, and management/office staff is great. 10/10

My car got broken into and widow shattered all over my car. Alongside, documents being taken and interior pieces scrapped. This place definitely needs better security. Sharing a photo so others are aware. Do not recommend.

I have been a resident for almost 2 years. Love the community. Also being in the industry of leasing apartments it takes quit a bit to impress me. This place is GREAT!!! The property is clean, the office is phenomenal in communication and getting things done. The maintenance team is great! They get things done within 24 hrs, they are always working on the grounds, and do what they say they are going to do. I refer everyone I can to come here. The price is in line as well and there are not those "noisy, obnoxious" residents everywhere. Thanks Still Water for making this a comfortable home.
