Extremely overpriced. Stayed at 2534 se indiana for about 5 months. As soon as it turned winter, MICE EVERYWHERE at night. Improperly insulated Asking $1025 for rent (They raised my rent the 2nd month which I then refused to pay) with a mice infestation is absurd. Couldn't even get up in the middle of the night because of the mice. Also the wood flood was horrible to live with. Christine harassed me several times before i moved out. Once at 2AM while me and my 2 year old were sleeping she came and banged on the door super hard then left. DJ is a sweetheart but yeah, dont rent here unless YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO LIKE I DID. Oh and the neighbors are annoying as hell.

Ur properties are not in good shape. I was going to rent one of ur apartments but the first one was not clean for showing and It's hard to get over the professionalism presented at a believe we was showed the apartment period we shown another apartment and was told we could not move in the complex because the complex had just had a drive by but even a month later y'all moved in a family with small children which would be child endangerment they have the property management and landlord unlawfully evicting tenants I taking the word of other tenants lying saying the police told them to put people out there is a legal issue here for one if ur putting someone out due to rent not being paid that means everyone that stays in that apartment has to be moved but I thought y'all already knew that an

This company is unprofessional. The secretary is rude and screams at you over the phone. This should be ashamed of itself hiring such a childish person. I would have given up no stars had that been an option
