Still Meadow Village Apartments

After a decade of living here the front office is one of the main reasons we stay. Jess is always helpful and Tracy is always available. Skylar brinds fresh new energy to the office having watched the ladies at time run this place just the 2 of them having a 3rd really shows. Best office staff in the state. Plus these two would be lost with out them. Edit I forgot to mention the maintenance team. A true team of professionals with customer service skills that rivals the office staff. Honestly somthing that alot of companies miss. There knowledge as a team has most issues fixed extremely fast it seems the only limit to there speed is the ability of parts. With Greg leading the way Jason and Steve can't miss. Of course it doesn't hurt that between the 6 of them my dogs are spoiled.

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes away from amazing shopping, delicious restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches. It’s so convenient and truly makes everyday life easier. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Mrs. Tracey and Mrs. Jess in the office are unlike any staff I’ve ever encountered. They are incredibly kind, professional, and genuine — they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. From day one, they’ve made this feel like home, not just an apartment. I have LOVED living here. I would 100% stay longer if we could. Front office is kind, maintenance crew is top notch, neighbors have been wonderful. The best place we've found that is close enough to the beach AND to downtown/cargo district/etc., and most importantly, it's away from traffic sound. All we hear at night are tree frogs and neighborhood kids playing. We are legitimately sad to be leaving.

My husband and I love living here. Tracey and Jessica are always coming up with things to do for our community living here. And maintenance Group are the best! Greg,Jason and Steve are always willing to give you a hand if you need it! You don’t find a apartment complex where everyone is so happy. Wonderful experience with Still Meadow Village Apartments. The front office team, Tracey and Jessica, are so friendly and welcoming every time you stop by. They really love their residents! And the maintenance team, Steve and Jason, are very knowledgeable and take great care of the property, and very fast to respond!! 10/10 recommend.
