Water pipe explode in the parking lot? Too bad, that's your bill now. Want to wash your dishes? Sorry dishwasher is broken and the sink only has one setting, spraying you instead of the dishes. Want to control your own porch lights? Nope they either don't come on at all or on daylight sensors. Want maintenance to answer a request for a BROKEN TOILET!! Wait 3 months, just to have them come "fix it" only to essentially put a piece of tape on it, and then brake it even worse. Want to actually park in front of your own place or at least near it? barely any parking. Stay far away from this place. They also jack up the rent and force you to pay for the specific internet company they want even if you already have one.

SINGLE person living in a single bed apartment... water is $75-95/mo?? HELLO!?! What!?! Families of four, in a house, pay around $30-40 a month!? Mandatory internet fees ($60/mo)when we would rather use our cell connection!?!? Stop jacking around with bills. In 4 years, rent has increased from around $800 to over $1300. Almost doubled. For what? And the tenants leave trash all over.
