Stewart Title of Oklahoma. Inc - South

My daughter closed a loan at this location October 23, 2025. Stewart Title had a good reputation to my knowledge and highly thought of. The closing person "Jyl" was not friendly made us feel very uncomfortable rushed my daughter through the paperwork which listed items my daughter did not know about because the closing docs were not provided the day before. My daughter had to pay for items she did not agree to. What I witnessed was a conspiracy happening between the loan closer the owner of the home and her lawyer, this situation is serious. We sent a complaint to Stewart Title with no response if you can't respond to defend yourself you're guilty.

Our daughter recently closed on a home through Stewart Title of South OKC, and the experience was deeply concerning. She was NOT provided the closing documents in advance, and during the appointment the closing agent, Jyl, rushed her through the signing process without explaining key fees or ensuring she understood what she was signing. The lack of transparency was unacceptable. Additionally, this closing agent also acted as notary, yet failed to recognize or respond to the duress my daughter was clearly experiencing during closing. The entire process appeared coordinated in a way that raises serious ethical concerns. I would strongly caution others to thoroughly review all documents and request full disclosure well before any closing with this office.
