Stephanie and Kala at the Plano Stewart Title office took great care of my clients/sellers. We had a problem come up on the title and they got it solved before closing. Great experience signing our loan documents with Stewart Title. It was quick and efficient. Cindy took time to answer any questions we had and give a summary of the document as she hadn't it over to us. Very professional and will recommend!

Our closing experience was terrible. Our group was treated as an inconvenience for trying to close on our house, and sitting trying to sign on my house was an uncomfortable experience. The closing agent got into an argument with our MLO, was incredibly unprofessional the entire transaction, and told our MLO to "forget what they had learned the last 15 years, because this is a different company", regarding taxes. When asked about our closing costs, I stated that we had previously wired the funds, to which the closing agent asked us" When? 30 seconds ago?". There were communication issues with our documents, which postponed our closing 5 hours. Once we had left, the agent talked about us behind our backs when they thought that we had left the building, telling a co-worker " Oh well, I guess
