It’s Friday 2/8/24 It’s 2:30pm. I just went to pick up my husbands check that was issued to him because we sold our home. We were told by our attorney that Inhis wife can pick up the check even tho it is addressed to him. I arrived and the office personnel were ridiculously rude. Not inviting! I simply said in a very friendly manner… “Hi I’m here to pick up a check for a closure.” The lady asked for the name. And with a rude tone she said I can turn it in to “my husband only.” Is he here? Clearly he was not…I literally JUsT SAID “hi I’m here to pick up a check.” The lady said “I was told to hand it to the seller.” Then i said would you like to talk to him? As much as I appreciate the diligence in their policy. We were told something else by our attorney, and maybe it was a miscommunicatio

This location was our Sellers Title company. Being a first time buyer, had a very good experience with our closing done at this location. Adam Stefko was our Escrow Officer and he was super friendly and responded to all our inquiries promptly.

Rude and obnoxious in the office. Hope you don’t need to go there with any questions because the man curses at you in frustration and justifies it by saying he’s “all by himself” and can’t handle it.
