We had a great experience with Stewart title Co. Had a property in Alice sell and I was able to sign the contract in Corpus Christi. Employee's were so kind and the office was so clean. Thanks for making it easy.

I totally regret my experience with Stewart Title at the 5926 S. Staples location. I closed on August 17, 2021 at a remote location. I was promised numerous times that I would get a copy of everything my wife and I signed at closing. Nothing was received. On September 13, I informed the office as well as my escrow officer that I still had not received a copy of my closing documents. I was promised that it would be sent ASAP. Nothing was received. I had to send other emails until I finally received them on November 22, 2021. A full 3 months later. Had I not said anything, I’m not even sure I would have ever received anything. Also, I told them which was our mailing address and for some reason, they put the remote location address as my mailing address. I was promised that this wo

I closed on my refinance today, but we weren't allowed inside the building. I signed about 100 or so documents in the parking lot. I would think they would be more accommodating given fees that are charged.

Closed on Tuesday and loan funded on wed. Monday morning and I still don't have a check! I called around 2 PM on friday and still havent heard back.Why offer an overnight if your not professional enough to follow through! And still wondering why they asked for my social three defferent times! A little to free and easy with personal info.

I'm sure it's a great place but we never haven't been there.
