Update 8/5/2024: they sent the denial letter again that they sent in in June telling me that I wasn't cooperating with paperwork, but this time they made me sign for it. It was even dated for June. Obviously they like teasing the people they hurt. Got approved for a 2 bedroom. They told me I had plenty of time to get in all my paperwork. 2 days later I got a letter saying that my application was redacted for not turning in paperwork because something I sent them was in the wrong format. Which means they made the decision before the exchange telling me I had plenty of time. I was in an email back and forth through the whole process with Alice who was the one who told me I had plenty of time to get the paperwork done and had a problem with all the proofs I sent because it wasn't the exact f

The lady at the front desk was rude!! She didn't want to help ,it's a waste of time even trying to get anywhere!! Since they have lots of military pictures on their front door,Here is a picture of me and my son!!

The occupancy manager Linda Watson is a racist person who likes to help the other tenants of ossipee village create lies. She tends to play your side then she turns around and sends letters to your house claiming that of some thing different once she gets the info that she is looking for. Example 1: she calls me at work claiming that a tenant/s saw my husband and I doing something illegal. I ask her when this was supposed to have happened she responds with one day the date. I respond well thats kinda hard seeing as my husband was in the hospital and myself and my children where sleeping at this approximate time of the illegal activities. She then goes on to say well when did he go into the hospital when did he get out and so on, I give her the info and she hangs up. Well 4 days

I am Autistic and have a few physical disabilities. Couldn't even get further than Peggy on the phone. She can't control herself and yells and talks over those with disabilities. She needs to be fired. Multiple formal complaints already in progress.

The company had tried doing some real shady things around all the properties. Nancy Crawford is real crazy in the mind and threatens and harrassess people all the time. And because she can't get her life together.
