Be extremely careful before buying a home here. I purchased what was advertised as a “move-in ready” home, but the reality has been a complete nightmare. The property is infested with termites — multiple active colonies — and we’re now discovering flying ants from a mature nesting site. There’s major concrete debris that is not cleaned up, huge holes throughout the property. They make the home look flawless just long enough to sell it, and once you move in, every hidden issue starts showing itself. We hired a third-party inspector, but my wife was in labor at the time, and we didn’t have the ability to keep coming back to verify their “repairs.” Everything was patched over just enough to close the sale. Please be very careful they are scam artists they kept my down payment and took a year to complete the house and the APR change the house payment amount changed before a month the house was done it’s Esperanza homes in San Juan I had a very bad experience with them thank god i bought my house with A different company
