Stevenson Terrace Apartments

I have been satisfied with the 2 years I’ve been living here. The staff respond quick to problems. The community manager is supportive and friendly. The maintenance man is always helpful and kind. My apartment was comfortable in the summer and warm in the winter. My only issue was the fire alarm going off middle of the night

Manager Michael is a nice unique person, takes notes, calls, messages & calls back; tries helping 100%! Something’s gets out of here hands but She’ll reach out beyond to have all issues fixed! It’s quiet and cleaned!

Have lived here for several years love the location to public transportation have great relationships with rental office and maintenance staff, whenever work in needed just call or leave a message and reply is done in a timely fashion, on site parking is a plus.

I live here it’s nice the complaints you see are an easy fix. Saw a mouse got at cat haven’t seen anymore since. I also installed cameras all over my apartment even in places you wouldn’t expect a camera to be. I give 4 stars only because my packages kept getting stolen so I get them sent to my mom house other then that management is great

I live here. Absolutely regret moving here. Since I’ve been here have had 3 car break ins my car and 7 others were broken into when you ask management to see video footage they give you the run arounds. Half the security camera on the premises does not work. Had someone break into my apt while I was away over night & I called the emergency hotline to have my door lock changed that night & the on call guy tells me to wait until Monday morning not to mention it was a Friday night. Management is very poor. I will not be renewing my lease here. I do not recommend living here you will never be at peace nor feel safe. Come on in if you like living in the hood.
