Steven’s Creek Villas

4/5 Living at Steven's Creek Villas has been a good experience so far. I've been living here three 1/2 months thus far. I decided to move here because the building I moved into was brand new and the price point for a two bed two & 1/2 bath was excellent for being brand new and having things like an attached garage, private entrance etc. In my opinion, these villas are in the top 5 within Lincoln NE. They give off a homey feel rather than a apartment feel. These villas are not advertised as luxury and they are not, but far from basic apartment living - right in the middle I'd say. The private entrances with attached garages, stainless steel appliances and modern floor plan design are very nice.
