I was selling a rather unique home with fantastic gardens and a very old house and also looking for a small home on a larger property. Both of these created difficulties in the buying and selling processes. Steve did a great job of helping to guide me with pricing as well as playing up the attributes of the old house. He was also patient through the process as the sale went into winter and waiting to put back on the market in the spring allowed it to move much more quickly at an increased price. I can't recommend him enough.
