Very disappointed in my experience with Steve. He seemed like a professional when he did my home inspection and everything seemed to be in order. However, when I moved into my new home I discovered that the spring assembly in the garage was busted, something that Steve should have caught in his report. Now I am going to have to pay $1k plus for something that could have been addressed before I closed on the property. I would have been okay if Steve owned up to his mistake or if he at least explained why this was not caught. Though, when I emailed and called multiple times about this, I was completely ignored. I’ve tried to reach out for months and have not received a single thing back. I did not want to have to leave a negative review but I have no choice due to my experience with him. I D
