Stetson Homes

I've sold 2 Stetson homes this year, one was a full custom build job and the other was a spec home. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of builders, not all are created equal, and I really enjoyed their team. They build a beautiful home and my building inspector was impressed both times he inspected. Minimal issues (which is normal, there will always be something) and they repaired them properly before closing. Highly recommend Rustin and his team if you're looking for a new construction home!

New Home Build. With any new home there are challenges. However, Stetson builds a great home. Overall I would recommend Rustin and his team.

I would rate customer service after closing a zero. We loved our home at first but Stetson has generally ignored our requests for major items to be fixed under our warranty . We have mold and water intrusion issues that they just won’t even return phone calls or emails. Run don’t walk away. They seemed so sincere but we’ve found them not to be.

We moved into our ‘Stan Ray’ home and a first were satisfied, until we started to remodel and upgrade. We started remodeling our upstairs bathroom and that’s when we found that the first floor kitchen/formal dining had no insulation in the attic! The depth strips were tacked showing how deep to blow the insulation to reach the appropriate R factor but there wasn’t a single crum of insulation! Stan Ray may say, “that’s not my fault, that’s the insulation contractors fault “ but it’s the General Contractor’s responsibility to oversee the sub contractors to ensure they are following the prints and plans and following the building codes.
