I have lived at Sterling Village since May and can confidently say this community deserves five stars. The property is well maintained, with beautiful established trees, mature landscaping, and recent upgrades including a renovated pool and pool deck as well as convenient parcel lockers. The gym is large and well equipped, making it easy to stay active without leaving home. The staff—Alona, McCray, Jesse, Tyler, and Kenneth—are top notch. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the team does a great job keeping residents informed every step of the way. Under the quirky architecture, this isn’t a community — it’s a churn machine in a nice shirt. Save yourself. Avoid it. Do not believe the 5-star reviews. That last one below was written by a shill. Guaranteed. We lived in Sterling for 36 months, at first it was like moving into a beautifully wrapped present only to find a blender full of gravel inside. Yes, the buildings look fresh and different. Yes, the sunsets are lovely. Yes there are trees. And yes, the floor plans aren’t the usual Lego-brick stack of “luxury” cubes you see everywhere else. I have lived in many apartment complexes in the area, and this is by far my favorite one. I actually lived here the first time a few years ago, left at the end of my lease and moved into a brand new apartment complex and absolutely regretted it. I am so glad to be back, about to renew my lease for another year. Yes they are an older complex but they do such a great job maintaining and updating them. Many of the apartments have upgrades like new flooring and appliances. In fact when I moved in last year I was surprised to find they had put in all new carpet and tile. I think the biggest benefit here is the space in your apartment, I paid almost the same amount in rent at another complex for a 650 sq foot apartment. Here it’s about 950 sg feet and every apartment comes with a garage included

I am extremely happy with the townhome community I live in. Whenever an issue arises, the staff is prompt, responsive, and diligent in resolving it. The rent is very reasonable and affordable, making it a great option for a wide range of residents. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and welcoming. Overall, it has been a wonderful place to call home.

I seriously can't take it here anymore. I've been living here 3 years and I've finally had enough. It's like every week someone new moves in with the most loud and obnoxious vehicles. They wake myself and my family up, my neighbor's up and have no consideration for the many other families that live around them. These vehicles clearly do not meet bylaw noise regulations, so I have no clue how so many of them end up in this complex! If Sterling could do a vehicle check before allowing move ins that would be great!
