Sterling Summerland Apartments

We are happy and healthy here. 3 years living here. Our little home filled with light and love. I just didn't give it 5 stars because I have a neighbor who walks their dog at odd times of the night and early morning I'm talking 12 am 7 am and he barks loud which disrupts my sleep. Other than that happy here and plan to stay until I buy. The pic is in real time.

I recently moved into this complex and I would say I highly recommend moving into this community. I was assisted by Teresa and Jessica and they were so helpful through the paperwork and process that was needed to move in. Everything was fast and simple. Since moving in, I have needed to contact maintenance and even then - it was fast. Thank you to the team of Sterling Summerland, you guys are amazing!

The onboarding was great. Teresa was great showing the place and selling it to me and Jessica did a great job signing me up with the paperwork. Jessica is really responsible and every time I brought an issue to her she was reliable in taking care of it. I originally gave a 2 stars but I do have a lot of respect for anyone who owns their mistakes and correct them. - noise issues: solved - sauna and jaccuzi times: solved This office is very reliable and self corrects after feedback. Keep it up

It’s always a pleasure when I come to sterling summerland. Jess and Gabriela are absolutely amazing and so pleasant every-time I’m at their community. I work closely with them weekly as I am a vendor and they are truly the best. I would recommend this complex to others. Thanks so much girls for always being the best.

I moved in here in July 2025. The process was made so easy and smooth for me from the help of the office. The girls are so amazing. Jessica, Gabriella, Theresa, and Andrea. I highly recommend this beautiful property. The pools are open, the amenities are amazing. The apartment layouts are spacious. It’s quiet here. Again. With out the hep of these girls, this move would not have been possible.
