We have had Sterling Property manage the rental house we’ve lived in for the past 4 1/2 yrs. We recently needed to move and Kelsea at Sterling has been a gem. We really like her style. I have had numerous interactions with Sterling Properties over the years. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Scott, Bjorn, Natalie, Erik, Kelsea and the rest of the employees there have been helpful and are willing to go above and beyond compared to other places I have lived. They are extremely responsive to any maintenance requests. You can tell they really care about the tenants that live in the properties they manage.
