Sterling Place

It’s a decent apartment, the staff is very nice and parking is never an issue. But the trash situation is not good. One dumpster for everyone is crazy and there are so many rats around it. I wish they would change the way they handle trash.

Have been here for about 6 months. I'm on the 3rd floor, even throughout the summer, my home never got too hot. People complain about the compactor, but I've watched many many residents not compact their trash correctly. Most of the time, they're lazy and don't even try to make it down in the actual hole. I have always felt safe here. I've never had any problems with neighbors. Location, location, location. There are so many food, gas, grocery, general merchandise, and specialized stores within 15 minutes of here. Also really quick access to highways and downtown. Clay in maintenance in wonderful. Maintenance is fast but that's just about the only good thing in my opinion. Our most recent time with a maintenance issue they fixed our garbage disposal, but left a bunch of water under the sink. Ruined our stuff under there, left water damage, and seeped out under the wall and into the dining room. When we brought the issue up with management they just "made a note". Trash compactor is broken pretty consistently as well, and there is no backup trash plan in place.

As a member of the military, I highly recommend Sterling Place Apartments. I rented a 2 bedroom loft with 2 full bathrooms, 2021-2024. My experience here was chill from start to finish. • Move-In Process: The move-in process was smooth, with a low deposit that I got partially refunded when I moved out. • Neighbors: Quiet and respectful neighbors made for a peaceful living environment around 5441 apartments. • Parking: The carport was a major plus. Well let me start with a quick introduction to this apartement complex, if you are looking to stay awake all the night because of cars noise, neighbors inviting over 30 people every night partying in the middle of the street until 4 am, dirty swimming pool, dirty Gym, full trash, nighbors put their stuff outside their apartements, police coming every day, maintenance entrening your apartement without your permission moving and taking pictures of your personal stuff, then this is not you for you. PS: for the office management stuff please don't reply to my comment and say " we appreciate your feedback and we tried to solve the problem" NO YOU DON'T I complained and I tried to do my best to help you keeping this place quite and clean but unfortunately you don't care and you are not willing
