Sterling Land Title

The closing was a little aggravating, especially since I live out of state. We got the closing date and I booked my plane tickets. Then a couple days before closing, I was notified I could e-sign. I agreed and then a day later was told the e-sign cost $150 for signer. At this point I couldn’t cancel my flight. The day before closing I was the told my wife would also have to sign. Then, more fun happened when I was about to board my plane, I was notified I needed to be with my wife to e-sign. That wasn’t an option. So, after I get to Ohio, I was told I’d have to come sign in person. So, even though we were charged for e-signing, I still had to come sign in person. There should have been the two options laid out from the beginning with all the expectations and requirements for each option.
