We bought a home from this builder in 2021 and had a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t hire them again to stumble through building a box. Our punch list items were largely ignored, and we later discovered their landscaping contractor had not been paid, which led to a mechanics lien being placed against our property — something no homeowner should have to deal with after closing. Several aspects of the build did not match the approved plans, and parts of the neighborhood were left in a minimally finished state. Communication and follow-through were consistently poor throughout the process.
