Dear maintenance team and staff, We just had our laminate floors replaced and we wanted to say Thankyou! The laminate floors are awesome! he was SO respectful of everything he did, and he even cleaned as he went! Never took lunch but worked with diligence! 11 out of 10 !! VERY very happy! Ps. He finished the kitchen, dining, both bathrooms and laundry in 7 ish hrs!
Updated review, because this property refuses to accept a rating without a comment. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what this place would get. Calling this a “gated community” is flat-out false advertising. The gates are almost never secured, which makes this property no safer than an open parking lot. That is a serious safety failure, not an inconvenience. Packages are stolen constantly, and security is completely ineffective. When security was contacted, the response was a generic lie about “checking areas around the office.” I personally spoke with one of the security officers, who openly admitted she does not check the office area at all and is more concerned with tagging cars than addressing the homeless individuals roaming the property. That tells you everything you n
I have contacted the management office several times since the beginning of spring about putting the playground in order. The playground is in terrible condition, both slides are cracked, it is dirty, the bark chips have not been changed for more than 7 years. The children played in an unsafe place all summer. The management does not respond to the complaints of residents and does nothing to improve their lives. The garbage is not collected for five or more days. They do not clean up after the dogs.
Extremely shady business practices that make it very clear that the complex doesn't care about its residents. They are more than happy to call or put notes on the doors for minor things, but if there is a chance they can sneakily charge you fees they fall back on "email practices", whether you received the email or not. They spy on apartments to report minor infractions and police the patios. The staff completely turns over every 6 months (there have been 4 "managers" since I've lived here) so chances are, I will be here longer than the current staff, so at least that's an upside. The pool is constantly closed in the summer, and the "fitness center" is a filthy closet that is not cleaned or maintained. For a "gated community" the gate is open most of the time, and the key fob system is dow
When I 1st moved in here it was a great place to live but now there will be homeless walking through the apartments because the front gate is always open. Now apparently there is parents here not parenting. I understand I have a daughter that likes cars in the apartment but even when she would try and touch a car I would pull her hand away and stop her. It’s just common sense and respect but I guess that doesn’t apply to all parents. Some kid(s) decided to draw pink chalk on the tires of my car. 💁 parents nowadays. And yes I called the office because sometimes pink chalk means a tow truck is going to take your car. But not this time the office told me they do not pink chalk cars ever so it was a child that was not being watched. I feel bad for these kids…. And the neighbors here smoke weed
