This company apparently encourages their agents to low ball offers for superior homes - a waste of paperwork and seller's time. While they sarcastically told me when I commented such, that they are obliged to submit all offers by law and my negative feedback was proof that they were doing their job, they failed to address the culture of undercutting true property value for a quick real estate deal...that they perpetuate. Every homeowner should take note.
