Sterling Crossing Apartments

I would like to Express the great appreciation to the entire staff that works here. Starting with the manager and managers who have been outstanding over the 16 years of my residency here. The great office staff who always listen to my concerns. And finally to the maintenance staff who work and have worked here. I would like to request a little more attention from the main office/ people who make the financial decisions on contracting additional employees for there properties. Due to the lack of employees, it causes residents to get upset on the time delay to get repairs done and also other employees get burned out due to the excessive work load. But I would like to say that these have been the best 16 years in a great complex.

I've been living here for about ten years now, great family oriented apts everyone knows each other on a personal level/first name basis,staff included. They try really hard to keep up with our property. Our property manager Erica has always held it together since we've been here with great customer service and trys to stay aware of everything going on

Very Quiet And Nice Apartments. Everybody Is Really Nice To You & The Staffing Is Great. They're Pretty Quick With Any Work Orders Put In. Apartments Are Very Spacious With Tile Floors And Very Affordable. I Love It Here!

Horrible place to live in! The ladies from the office are very unprofessional. The maintenance people never come to fix anything inside your apartments ! DONT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT. Your cars get broken in even inside the property . Very unsatisfying with the conditions of this apartments.

This place Is Ellecent!!! It starts with Mgr Ericia!!!!!! An also purlie. New lady valteno an all the ones I have Witnesse.The neighbors or Awesome.Me my family been here over 30 yrs!!!!.Never had a reason to leave!!!!.An Mantience Or Great!!!!! 30 yrs.Never had a reason to Move!!!!!Erica.an her Crew is Awesome.!!!
