Sterling Court Apartments

Since that 1-star review was terribly unfair I wanted to correct the record. Yes these apartments are pricey but they are also in a premium location. Rental costs have nothing to do with how much the average person earns in a city. It has ALL to do with supply and demand. Nashville is growing quickly and there is a housing shortage which is why prices are higher. Duh. My daughter moved in recently. All renovated, brand new paint and appliances and fixtures. Right across from Belmont Campus. Lovely courtyard and parking included. We looked At cheaper places in the area too but based on location and condition of apartment we chose Sterling.

I'm moving away from Nashville soon but am much more sad about leaving my great apartment at Sterling Court than I am about moving out of state. The building itself is a gorgeous well-kept pre-war gem. The front lawn of the building property is easily one of the most peaceful spaces in Nashville. I've felt especially fortunate to have what amounts to the best park in town as my front lawn. The apartments are sunny, large, quiet, and very reasonably priced for the location. Sure, the "New" Nashville isn't cheap, but the rent here isn't even close to some of the outlandish prices I've seen being charged at other places much further afield. I think that there are some renovated units in the building that likely cost more, but feel like I'm getting a relative bargain with my hardwood floorin
