Sterling Bluff

If it wasn’t for Arielle this place would be trash as hell! I submitted an emergency request for being locked out my apartment Friday- it’s Monday still no correspondence and I have pets lol. They cut open my ceiling in not one but both apartments I lived in. My ceiling still has pieces falling off and you can see where they cut patched and painted clear as day. They don’t care bout nothing but rent but not fixing shit!!!! Maintenance men cool but it’s giving the property don’t want to pay for proper services!!!!!

Arielle has been an amazing asset to the Stering Bluff Community. I have been here for more than 5yrs and her consistency, her willingness to assist and her great personality keeps us going around here! Great location. She gets my vote for greatness!! Come see her!

I lived here for a year. For Savannah I thought the area was decent, it was within walking distance from oglethorpe mall and other resturants. Right outside Hunter Air Field so there were mostly military families there, I figured it was safe. However during my stay there I'd deal with neighbors fighting and smoking weed throughout the day/night. Sometimes it was so bad police were forced to come out. I'd complain but nothing would ever really get done about it. Still not as bad as other parts of Savannah so I learned to just tolerate it. My apartment was cute and comfortable. 2 bed 2 bath/unrenovated. I absolutely loved it! But I'll admit it was extremely expensive compared to other places and they do not include utilities, like water or electricity. So expect other bills on top of pricey

I lived here for about two years with some roommates. There was a severe roach infestation that the complex wouldn't make an effort to eradicate. We had to treat for them ourselves with traps and an insane amount of raid just to keep the place barely livable. Our apartment reeked of roaches and despite my best efforts they ended up coming with me when I moved out. The office employees also all went on vacation at the same time during my residency there, nearly making me miss the date I had to renew my lease by. The gym they advertise as an amenity is laughable and the pool never opened on time. The maintenance team was basically the only redeeming quality of this place. Living in my apartment for the last two years has been a greatest experience. The maintenance administration staff are all very respectful, helpful and kind any issues that I’ve had with in the apartment. The maintenance staff has been prompt to come and repair. I will recommend my friends or anyone in need of a home to try Sterling Bluff
