Stepping Stone - Taylor Morrison

This is a nice community. We pay 2 Association dues. $900. yearly with Evergreen (which goes up every year) and $1000. yearly with Poinciana Association which also includes a bulk contact with spectrum that you have to pay or they will put a lien on your home and you can lose your home. There are no amenities. Alligators in our little ponds, tall bushy grass that are considered protected so can’t cut. All the street lights not working. Not gated so non residents speed though while our kids are playing. Stepping stone street is used as a dumping ground. Residents have to fix their own irrigation system. Every issue we have Evergreen tells us someone else is responsible for it. But a very nice community. We all love it here!

I been in Steppingstone Community for a little over a year…and have been trying to adopt to this to many peoples and no highways and byways til present, first I should have did my research before purchasing in this community, most of the home owners doesn’t put any loving out side there home, such as cutting there freaking grass, removing that mulch/wood all around there homes where spiders and bugs 🐜 are so attracted to, same as the builder put that cheap crap down, and alway seen trash bens in front of many of the homes. Inside Taylor Morrison homes are very dark with very little windows to brighten up inside the homes, cheap builders tried to save money, the kitchen appliances are the cheapest I ever seen, I had to remove all of the builders cheap crap out my kitchen, change everything

Serene environment. Good for walking and cycling for your daily exercise.
