Stenton Plaza Apartments

It seemed like a great place to move in until I was robbed of $500 as a holding deposit after being denied. They tell you to pay $500 to hold the apartment, promising that if you're denied, you get the money back. However, nearly a month has passed, and it’s been extremely difficult to recover my refund, which I still haven’t received. They claimed it was held by a third-party and would be returned, but they also showed me a date when I supposedly received the money, which my bank statements prove I did not. They stole my money and refuse to return it. Be cautious when dealing with them—there's a lot they ask for before approval, making the process very difficult for me. Now, I have to go to court to recover my funds after numerous calls with no success in getting my money back.

Stenton Plaza is located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. It feels safe and is a great place to live, especially if you’re looking for a quiet environment. I’ve been fortunate to have wonderful, respectful neighbors, which has made my living experience much more enjoyable. Jane in the leasing office is fantastic! She’s always helpful, responsive, and goes out of her way to assist with any concerns. I would definitely recommend Stenton Plaza Apartments to anyone looking for a pleasant, well-located place to live. The community is friendly, and the leasing staff, especially Jane, ensures you feel taken care of.

Jane is very pleasant, polite and helpful. Her professional was superb. My experience was great.
