Stellhorn Pointe Apartments

So many incidents that I’m just wondering how can you reach the Corporate Office? My daughter and grandchildren are going through with this complex. Yes you call and leave voicemail on a daily basis and you get no answer and no return call for days. Your Central Air Conditioner unit goes out and cannot be repaired for over a week, it’s extremely HOT and the children are suffering from all the HEAT, it’s over 90 degrees outside some it feels double that inside the apartment. Ye, now the oven goes out and the maintenance guy comes to look at the stove on a Thursday and to this day it still has NOT been repaired, remind the oven was out, but the top of the Stove was working where food could be cooked on top of the stove before the maintenance guy came, but once he leaves the top of stove is N

I’ve been calling for a month they literally never answer the phone or return voicemails. I even tried contacting them through email inquiries from other websites. That is so unprofessional!!
