I’ve been living in Granville court condominium for almost 9 years. Mirsad and Meho property manager understand the tenant, willing to help and provide all we need. They are very helpful. Highly recommended Stella property management

Management does not care about the safety or well-being of their tenants. I am currently being harassed by a neighbor, and despite multiple reports, calls, emails, and in-person visits to the office, nothing has been done. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no meaningful communication from management. The lack of communication is a major issue here. The frustrations expressed in other reviews about management being unresponsive are completely accurate and reflect exactly what I am experiencing. Unless you happen to catch Mirsad in person, nothing moves forward. I have gone to the office specifically looking for him, and he is never there. Mirsad, The building manager at 6150 N Kenmore, is fantastic and extremely responsive. I had an important package that went missing and he went above and beyond to investigate. He was able to retrieve the package for me with a smile. I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much!!

Working with Ilya and Stellar Property Management has been a thoroughly unpleasant experience. No communication, no follow-through. A few years ago they were responsive and helpful, but the quality of service has taken a real nosedive. We have had to work with them multiple times this year and every time Stellar is involved, preventable errors occur. The board of our condo association has had to step in to intervene when Ilya has dropped the ball on simple contractor visits and property management. I would not recommend using their services to anyone looking for a property management group.

We are extremely disappointed with Stellar Management's handling of emergencies, particularly during weekends. Today, we are experiencing a complete power outage in our unit. That means no stove, no refrigerator, no lights, no fans, no ac, no way to function, everything shut down without warning. We immediately contacted the management office, only to find out it is closed for the weekend. We were then forced to reach out to the emergency on-call manager, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, not only will the issue be resolved after 3–4 hours, but the on-call manager was also dismissive. I explained that I had an urgent flight and needed help immediately, but was told, rather coldly, that the janitor could not come before 6 PM. The janitor (Envor) is also very rude and dismissi
