Horrible place I am a resident and there is a lot of drama unauthorized guest everywhere there is this this girl that’s called gypsy and she keeps harassing me . And property management sucks they allow these stuff then all residents say I have a personal issue with her and I don’t she started harassing me

There is no parking for quest and the streets are painted red with 90 percent of the area for emergency vehicles only parking.

I walked down the hall smelling something foul for days.5 days later they wellness check and find a dead body the next week another person died two weeks two more unknown deaths I got my dog from a friend a jumped in car never going back

Nice apartments, key Fob required to access elevators to the apartments, Precious Mazel is Manager for the building, some residents can be very rude and some residents are very friendly. Washer and dryer access but is a little pricey for this place being low income and HUD voucher program. The interface is on the first floor any questions you may v to check with them if management isn't working or check bluewater next door; Manager works both buildings.

This is my new favorite apartment that I like to stay at.
