Steeplechase Apartments

We really enjoyed touring this apartment. The high ceilings make the space feel open, and the amenities are awesome—the spa area with the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Kamlynn did a great job showing us around and was super helpful and friendly throughout the tour. The location is very convenient right off the highway, and we liked the large kitchen and bathroom, plus the in-unit laundry hookups. Overall, it seems like a great place to live with great facilities and customer service.

Living in this condominium has been a very pleasant experience. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and the maintenance team's efforts are evident. I want to especially thank Derek and his partner, who are always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with a smile. It's clear they genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly and that the residents are comfortable. Thank you for making this place feel like a true home. 💛

As new residents, we are blown away by the entire move-in. Right away, Elyssa welcomed us with a warm glowing care thats very representative of the whole community. She made our leasing tour and signing process informative and fun. Next was our move in day and Kamlynn displayed such great energy, enthusiasm, and excitement when handing us the keys. She was very thorough as well while she did an inspection of the unit with us. All of our maintenance notes from that inspection were handled professionally by Joe. He was very welcoming kind, and knowledgeable. I recommend Steeplechase to anyone looking for a beautiful complex, wonderful staff, welcoming neighbors, and a real place to call home.

Have been here for about 9 months i have had a great experience so far. Everyone from the office to maintenance dept. I've had the maintenance guy Derek help fix many different things for me. 10/10 recommend these apartments! You need more Maintenance professionals like him (Derek Kacz) HE’s the Man !!!!!

Wanted to share our experience touring & leasing at Steeplechase. We had booked 9 tours that day for our daughter relocating to North KC. Feeling a little defeated with the first several tours we drove around and found Steeplechase, Kamlynn greeted us with a smile and took us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. We had so much fun touring with her it was refreshing as the other 8 tours did not go well. I’ve been in property management for 29 years, and was so impressed with Kamlynn so was our daughter she decided hands down to lease here. Thank you Kamlynn for turning our day around your customer service is top notch! You certainly give your comps a run for their money. Keep it up super star!
