Steeple Chase Farms Apartments

I just moved in on 10/31/25 and the entire process was a breeze! After living in a house for several years before this, I felt brand new and nervous. Chelsea assisted me and my mom from start to finish, and she was a delight! Her attentiveness and welcoming attitude made me feel even more certain in moving forward with being apart of the Steeple Chase community, and for me personally I am all about first impressions with anything and everything! We also had the chance to speak with Makayla and she was just as kind and welcoming. You feel as if these ladies have known you personally with efficient, yet professional they are with you. This was my very 1st time coming here and it was excellent. Haven't even moved in yet jus done paperwork and these ladies we're so helpful and patient. Answered all my questions with no problem. Beautiful office and both managers very respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Living in this community has been very nice. It’s quiet, peaceful, and a comfortable place to live. Everyone is friendly and it feels like a supportive environment. A special shoutout to the food pantry Team Angel and Chelsea for helping so many people in the community. I’m grateful to be part of a place that cares about its residents.

The lady’s in office were such very nice people very kind ,very understanding and very patient , just know they make sure not to miss one thing at all very informational. :) I love how they communicate and stay on top of things when it comes to new residents or their residents period. They make you feel right at home :) and I must say the apartments are amazing and very taken care of !!! Also these apartments are very spacious…<3 I love it !! You don’t always come across nice respectable people and just wanted to say thank you ladies for showing me great service.

This community is THE BEST!!!! Makayla and Chelsea in the office are the BEST!! They are both really nice and always ready to help with a smile on their face. Maintenance is quick about getting stuff fixed and the amenities they have here are great as well. I would recommend anyone to move here I promise you will love it!!!
