Steel Creek Apartments is a really great place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and well taken care of. What really stands out is the management office especially Brandy. She is very helpful, friendly, and professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, it’s a great apartment community, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live.

Amber is by far the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the tenants and the property. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, Amber handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. Having a property manager who is this reliable and easy to communicate with makes all the difference.

i really appreciated how informative and outgoing the leasing agent was during my tour. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the features of the apartment and community. Their energy and professionalism made the whole process much easier, and it gave me confidence in the selection I made.

ZRS Mangement is horrible stay far away from any properties they manage. They don’t repair anything in a timely manner. One of the pool gates has been broken for over 6 months and still not repaired. The deck in the pool area has warped and loose boards and has had caution tape up for over a month and still not repaired. It’s embarrassing to invite guests over because of the condition of this property. The landscaping looks hideous and hasn’t have new mulch in over 6 months. The dog waste stations stay full and some don’t even have lids so they really smell bad. The trash can by the bbq area has been overflowing for over a week and has maggots. The previous property management companies did a great job at up-keeping this property. The office staff is friendly. My review keeps bein
