Steed-Corry Property Management

PLEASE READ!!! There are far better property management companies out there to rent from that will treat you better. After being promised things from them and then following up they stated that's not our problem, even though they already stated the promise. If you're looking at them to use or to rent from, run as far as way as possible. They charged us for numerous things that we had professionaly done because they couldn't and wouldn't do it. They stated we could come in and paint even though in the contract it says we can't. Then never let us. They went and claimed they painted the whole apartment and charged us $1400 to do so. It's unfortunete that this represtents the owners they work with as well.

DO NOT RENT!!! OR WORK WITH Steed Corry Property!!! We rented with them for 4 years and with our agreement we did Short Term Rentals. We had the place cleaned professionaly after every stay and were not your normal live in tenants. On 2 different times there were water leaks, that we reached out to all of their point of contacts, numbers, emergency lines etc. It took over 3 hours for a response, with them stating they had their phone on silence but had no excuse for any of the other points of contacts which didn't answer.

AVOID!!!! Do everything you can to avoid renting or working with Steed Corry Property. They tried to charge us for something we had in their work order for 6 months. This means we went without lights in certain areas becasue they would never come fix it. They kept our whole deposit and charged us extra even though they said we could go in and fix issues and never gave us the chance to do so.

Absolutely horrendous. They will with out a doubt always take your security deposit and charge you past it. No matter how much cleaning up fixing you did to the place (because it's already destroyed when you move in) they just use that as an excuse to charge you more.
